SHIPPING

What is your return policy?

 

Customer satisfaction is our first priority here at Melody Apparel. 

 

Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn. 
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. 
Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.

 

If you returning merchandise due to change of mind or not as expected, you can request return as guideline within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. 
However, return shipping is buyer's responsibility for any reason. Also, shipping fee is NOT subject to refund for all cases of return.

 

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY MELODY.
Please email at neveroldusa@gmail.com for approval and a Return Authorization. 
Please provide your PO#, style number, color and quantity for your are returning with reason for return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to ten business days to process upon receipt of the item. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

All sales are NOT subject to a refund. Only merchandise exchanges or store credit will be issued.

 

If an order cancellation is necessary, please read our cancellation policy.

 

For all returned merchandise, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee depending on returned merchandise condition.
Please return all merchandise with manufacturer's seal. Opened packages or store's hang tag or price tags will cause additional restocking fee.

 

No returns for special orders or discounted items.

 

Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Shipping and handling are non refundable in any condition. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

What is your Cancellation Policy?

 

  Due to our current system, buyers can cancel orders under "New orders" condition can be canceled on buyer's end.

Notification of cancellation would be appreciated.


As most of products are 'order-based item' (indicated as "pre-order" in the product description), Please expect 4-5 weeks for shipping.


Once order is moved to "Confirmed orders," it means that your order is already in packing process. So cancellation is not possible during this period. Buyer needs our approval for cancellation if needed.
If you see your order left under "New order" as "out of stock" items, buyer can cancel the order at any time.
